This is a rubber end cap for a cane or crutch. It is available in black and in different sizes: 19 and 21 mm. The most common diameter is 19 mm, as most crutch tubes are this diameter. These end caps are reinforced with a metal washer inside the base, which prevents the crutch tube from damaging or puncturing the interior.
